If you’re looking for a way to improve core strength, burn calories, experience a little variety and have fun, there is a class to help you do it. Choose from a wide array of styles, instructors and times to spice up your fitness regimen.

Cycling

This class uses stationary bikes to give you an absolute low‐impact workout. The
class can be designed for all fitness levels from first time attendance to extremely
advanced. A full water bottle and towel are required.


Hip Hop Hustle

 a complete, pre‐choreographed fitness dance class with easy to learn hiphop
dance moves perfectly choreographed to high energy, motivating music. It’s the
ultimate cardiovascular challenge! Hip Hop Hustle™ requires no previous dance
experience. We guarantee, once you try it, you’ll have more fun doing Hip Hop Hustle™ than any other format.


Kickboxing

The evolution of kickboxing is here! Kick, punch, and groove the calories
away in this super fun and funky cardio kickboxing and dance fusion class that is constantly updated with new and refreshing routines.


Piyochi

This class combines pilates, yoga, and TaiChi; focus body and mind, relieve stress, improve the deep core muscles and overall strength.


Power Interval

Work your total body by targeting individual muscle groups. Hand
weights are used to increase effectiveness and intensity.


Salsa Cardio and Body Sculpt

A combination of different rhythms such as Salsa,
Merengue, Cha‐Cha, Paso Doble, and Samba combined with a total body sculpt plus abdominal work.


Sculpt and Abs

If you are looking for a new way to work your abs, here is a huge selection
of abdominal strengthening and toning exercises that will strengthen your core, help to alleviate low back pain, and improve your posture.

 

Super/Power Sculpt

Improve muscular strength, create definition, lessen your chances
of bone disease and improve flexibility and mobility while burning fat in this class that utilizes free weights.


Yoga

Become stronger and more flexible, tone your muscles, reduce stress, and improve your mental and physical well‐being in this class. Yoga poses are held for several minutes with rest in between each pose, helping to build muscle and improve posture.


Zumba

Zumba is a fitness class that combines dance and fitness moves. Inspired by Latin
dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including Cumbia,
Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, and a Hip Hop. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.
