Select Fitness is a full-service mega fitness center located in North Charleston, SC, on Rivers Avenue across from Northwoods Mall. Our health club has Life Fitness & Hammer Strength weight equipment and free-weights, and Life Fitness Cardio Equipment with personal LCD TV’s on each. Bring the children along, as Select Fitness has a separate area for childcare. The plush locker rooms and saunas are ready for you to use them. Select Fitness holds over 40 aerobic & group fitness classes a week including: Cycling, Yoga, Zumba, Salsa, Pilates, and much more. Select Fitness is also equipped with a cardio cinema movie room with cardio equipment, a projection movie screen and an awakening surround sound system. The juice bar is equipped to supply you with whatever types of supplemental nutrition you may need. Select Fitness also has a basketball court and boxing area.
